Air conditioning system diagram

----The evaporative energy-saving air conditioning unit consists of a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, wet curtain, and other parts.

Working Principle:

Through the working method combined with water cooling, air cooling, evaporative cooling, compressor, the external machine is adopted with the wet curtain evaporative condensation to cool the circulating water down, and then the hot water after absorbing heat is cool down to be the water with normal temperature and flow to heat exchanger of internal machine (the compressor has been working to compress the refrigerant into a gaseous state with high temperature and high pressure) and take the heat of high-temperature gaseous refrigerant away to form a normal temperature liquid refrigerant; then, it becomes liquid refrigerant with low temperature and low pressure after throttling by expansion valve to flow into the evaporator of internal machine to fully exchange with the indoor hot air to send the cold wind; the hot water generated by the exchange of heat exchangers is then transmitted to the water separator of the outdoor unit under the pressure of the water pump and flows to the wet curtain so as to evaporate heat with the principle of air cooling + wet curtain evaporation to make the water with high temperature to be the one with normal temperature; and then the water flows to the heat exchanger of internal machine. The whole process would be worked repeatedly to maximize the energy efficiency ratio, so as to reduce energy consumption.

Traditional air conditioners use an air-cooled heat exchange mode, which has relatively low efficiency. In contrast, the Kemite evaporative energy-saving air conditioner adopts a heat exchange mode that primarily relies on water cooling, supplemented by air cooling. This design enables more efficient heat transfer from the refrigerant, reducing the load on the compressor while improving cooling efficiency. As a result, the energy efficiency ratio (EER) increases to 5.3–5.8, achieving significant energy savings.
